This page contains a summary of the things that are presently occupying my time and attention.

Wellbeing

  • Fitness: After the complexities of training for an Ironman, I’m keeping things simple.  Upper body + core one day, Lower body + core the next.  Body weight excercises only + siwimming and running on the respective days.
  • Meditation: using Headspace for ~20 mins each morning and various meditation from Insight Timer before bed each night.
  • Journaling: every morning, using this template.
  • Diet: Minimizing carbs throughout the week with one carb heavy meal on the weekends.  Making fresh juice twice a week using organic veggies delivered straight from the farm.

Learning

  • Learning everything I can about sales so I can help as many people as possible with Exigo.io
  • Spanish: continuing to work on my Spanish.  30 mins a day.

Business

  • Exigo.io – Oil and Gas teams that use Exigo to communicate receive fewer emails, spend less time in meetings and all always know what’s going on. In other words, they get more done!
  • Consulting – Reservoir and Development Engineering consulting for one of the biggest oil discoveries of the past few years.

Hobbies

  • Building a brick Argentinian BBQ (Asado) in my backyard
  • Baking my own sourdough bread
  • Growing my own organic veggies
